Instructions:
1. Mix flour, yeast, water, oil, and salt. Knead and let rise 1 hour.
2. Press into an oiled baking tray.
3. Top with tomatoes, olives, oregano, and drizzle of oil.
4. Let rise again 30 min.
5. Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 20–25 minutes. Serve warm.
