Sunny days are upon us. It’s high time to get outside and clean your garden furniture! One thing is certain: Even if you’ve kept your chairs and tables neatly stored in the garage or under blankets all winter, your plastic furniture is still not safe from dirt, dust, and insects. The cleaning is a breeze!

You can also start your big spring cleaning with a dishwasher tablet dissolved in hot water. Grab your gloves, a rag or sponge, and get to work! Rest assured, thanks to this clever trick, the dirt will be washed away without too much trouble.

7. Clean up oil spills
. Any area where oil may have been spilled will be cleaned in no time. Dissolve one tablet in warm water, pour it over the affected surfaces, and let it sit for about an hour, then rinse.

8. Unblock drains
Are your drains clogged? It’s nothing unusual: This phenomenon is common in bathrooms, where hair, limescale, tartar, soap scum, and more can build up. From time to time, it’s a good idea to clear the situation by unblocking them with the help of suitable products. Dishwasher tablets will work well here too!

Add one tablet to hot water and pour the mixture down the drain. Let it sit for one hour. Repeat the process until the water can drain normally.
