Getting rid of your belongings can help you focus and bring order to your life, but the decluttering process can be daunting. There are many reasons why people hang on to items they no longer need, including emotional ties and the fear of throwing away good things. To simplify the process and create more clarity, tranquility, and freedom in your home, I’ve compiled a list of four must-haves. Expiration dates on medications are among the first things to be thrown away. Over time, their effectiveness and safety diminish or even become problematic. You run the risk of experiencing unwanted side effects if you keep expired prescription or over-the-counter medications. Don’t throw them in the trash; instead, check with local pharmacies for proper disposal instructions. Get rid of any expired medications as soon as possible, as they can be harmful to children and pets.
Worn-Out Shoes
