Getting rid of your belongings can help you focus and bring order to your life, but the decluttering process can be daunting. There are many reasons why people hang on to items they no longer need, including emotional ties and the fear of throwing away good things. To simplify the process and create more clarity, tranquility, and freedom in your home, I’ve compiled a list of four must-haves. Expiration dates on medications are among the first things to be thrown away. Over time, their effectiveness and safety diminish or even become problematic.
