Pour the melted chocolate over the cornflakes in a large bowl.
Using a spoon or spatula, gently fold the mixture until each cornflake is evenly coated with the chocolate.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, use your hands (or a spoon) to shape the chocolate-coated cornflakes into small clusters resembling rosebuds.
Once shaped, pop the entire baking sheet into the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is completely set.
Once set, the Roses des Sables are ready to be enjoyed!
