HERE’S HOW TO DO IT: First, put 6 Rochers aside for decoration.
Then put the remaining Rochers in a bowl and chop them up.
Now whip 3 cups of cream until stiff and mix with the Rocher mixture.
Now divide the Rocher cream mix into three portions and distribute each of them over the three cake bases.
Also spread it on the top layer. Then put the layers together.
Now whip the last cup of cream until stiff and spread it on the edge, leaving some for decoration.
5. Next, halve the 6 Rochers that you set aside and distribute them on top of the cake edge (this makes 12 cake pieces).
Decorate with the remaining cream as needed.
Keep cool until ready to eat.
