Loud boos erupted as Walz made his way toward the stadium entrance, with some attendees going so far as to shout, “Get outta here!” Others were less diplomatic, with one fan reportedly calling the Minnesota governor a “communist,” leaving Walz to awkwardly navigate a crowd clearly not on his side.

Though the governor tried to brush off the hostility—later describing the experience as “spiritually moving”—it was apparent that his attempt to mingle with the football faithful was not going as planned.
