Ingredients:
Brisée dough (homemade or bought)
Ripe, pitted and chopped jujubes
Brown sugar
Maple syrup
Freshly grated ginger
Cornstarch
Instructions:
Preheat the oven following the directions for the brisée dough.
Line a tart pan with the brisée dough.
In a bowl, mix jujubes with brown sugar, maple syrup, grated ginger and cornstarch.
Pour the jujube mixture into the lined baking dish.
Fold the edges of the brisée dough over the mixture.
Bake until the tart is golden brown and the jujubes are soft and juicy.
Let cool before cutting and serving.
