Crucian Carp
This fish is very delicious when braised with salt, fried crispy, or made into sour soup. It is known for its benefits, including promoting blood circulation, nourishing the body, replenishing blood, strengthening the spleen, detoxifying, aiding milk production, reducing swelling, relieving pain from wind and dampness, and being good for pregnant women. However, you should not cook crucian carp with garlic, as they are considered incompatible. Eating both together can lead to increased digestive cramps.
Eggs
In traditional medicine, eating eggs with garlic can cause indigestion, bloating, and flatulence. Additionally, garlic that is overcooked to a burnt state can also be harmful.
