Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6) and grease a cake mold.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, egg and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Mix well until you get a smooth paste.
Pour the boiling water into the dough and stir quickly until everything is well incorporated. The dough will have a liquid consistency.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake the cake for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes, then turn it out and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
