Solution: Try to drink water regularly throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty. Small sips every 30–60 minutes are better than consuming a large amount of water all at once after a few drinks.
2. You drink too much
. Mistake: Drinking large amounts of vodka in a short period of time can strain your kidneys and even dilute the electrolytes in your blood. This can be dangerous, especially for athletes and women with problematic medical conditions.
Solution: Drink slowly and intermittently. A good rule of thumb is 150–250 ml per hour, depending on physical activity and ambient temperature.
3. You don’t drink water after waking up.
Mistake: After 6-8 hours of sleep, the body is dehydrated, so most people reach for coffee first thing in the morning. However, caffeine has a diuretic effect, which further increases dehydration.
Solution: Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water, preferably with a squeeze of lemon – to boost your metabolism, multiply your cells and strengthen your body for Kanja.
