3. Celery and carrots
Do not store celery and carrots in the plastic bags you bought them in anymore. After washing them well, place them in glass jars and fill them with water. Seal them and leave them in the fridge, they will last up to 7 days.
4. Herbs
If your herbs are drying out, don’t worry, you can freeze them by placing them in ice cube trays and adding olive oil. They will be perfectly preserved and immediately ready to use in your recipes.
5. Salad
You can keep salad as fresh as if you just bought it by storing it in a container (or a food bag) covered with kitchen paper. The paper will absorb the moisture and keep it fresh for a long time.
