4. Black Soap Method
- Steps:
- Empty the fryer and pour black soap onto a cloth.
- Rub the walls of the fryer with the cloth soaked in black soap.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry well.
5. Hot Water and Dishwashing Liquid
- Steps:
- Empty the oil into a plastic bottle.
- Fill the fryer with hot water and dishwashing liquid to the same level as the oil or more.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before emptying.
- If the tank is still dirty, rub it with a cloth soaked in clay stone or more dishwashing liquid, then rinse.

- Wait for one hour until the reaction is complete.
- Empty the fryer and rinse the walls with boiling water.
