1. A Glass of Water Left Overnight Can Attract Dust or Insects:
Placing a glass of water near your bed may attract mosquitoes, flies, and other insects to fall into the glass during the night. Some dust particles could also fall into the water, and you might unknowingly drink it, which isn’t good for your body.
2. The Water’s Taste May Change:
When you use tap water, it may contain chlorine added for disinfection purposes. However, chlorine will begin to evaporate if you leave a glass of water overnight, which changes the taste of the water.
