5 – TILAPIA FISH
Tilapia is a common farmed fish in China. These fish are among the worst, most toxic, and unhealthiest you can find. A tilapia will eat anything, comparable to a cleaner wrasse, and a fish farm is a small pond of wastewater in which the fish live. This is one of the worst fish purchases you could make, and it’s well known that seafood farmers in China don’t even allow their children to eat the seafood they produce, which should be a red flag. 80% of tilapia comes from China.
