The best part about Cowboy Cookies is that they are incredibly versatile. You can add in any mix-ins you like to make them your own. Some of my favorites include chocolate chips, pecans, and M&Ms. They are also perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a family gathering, a potluck, or just a lazy Sunday afternoon.

One of my fondest memories of Cowboy Cookies is from a family camping trip.
