* Ingredients°1 box chimney sausage sliced from Eckrich.°8 golden yukon potatoes cut into quarters.°1 cube green pepper.°1 cube yellow pepper.°2 tbsp butter.°1 teaspoon of oregano.°1 teaspoon basil.°1⁄2 a teaspoon of black pepper.°2 tsp olive oil.*How to:Preheat oven 375 degrees.In a frying pan, arrange sausages, potatoes and pepper and place the butter on top in small cubes. Sprinkle olive oil and season on top.Cover the bread for 40 to 50 minutes.Bon Apitit!Simple, easy and delicious! Sometimes I make this with vegetables, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and some cheese on top, it fits well into the seasoning. I don’t like sausages very much so I make this with pork! Enjoy !
