Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Sausage:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Broccoli:
In the same skillet, add the butter and broccoli. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
Cook the Shrimp:
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and let it simmer for 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Combine and Serve:
Return the sausage and broccoli to the skillet, tossing everything in the honey garlic sauce. Serve hot.
