For the Chow Mein:
✔ 1 lb chicken breast, boneless & skinless, thinly sliced 🐓
✔ 3 tbsp oil (vegetable, canola, or sesame for extra flavor!) 🛢️
✔ 12 oz chow mein noodles (uncooked) 🍜 (or thin egg noodles!)
✔ 2 cups cabbage, shredded 🥬
✔ 1 cup carrots, julienned 🥕
✔ ½ cup bean sprouts (optional, for crunch! 🌱)
✔ 3 green onions, sliced 🌿
✔ 1 tbsp garlic, minced 🧄
✔ 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional, but adds great flavor!)
