8 new leeks
2 hard boiled eggs
150 gm of white cheese
1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
Salt and pepper….
Preparation:
Cook the leeks in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes. Listen to them well.
