1 lb white American cheese, shredded or cubed 🧀
1/2 cup whole milk 🥛
1/4 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/4 cup diced green chilies (canned or fresh) 🌶️
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 🌿
1/2 teaspoon onion powder 🌿
1/4 teaspoon cumin 🌿
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional) 🌶️
Salt to taste 🧂
Fresh cilantro or jalapeños for garnish (optional) 🌿
