Ingredients For Easy Baked Italian Chicken and Veggie Foil Packets
1 cup broccoli florets
2 small or 1 large chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup chopped or sliced bell peppers (option of colours).
One little zucchini, sliced
Half a cup of tomatoes, cut into large chunks or grape tomatoes
Half a cup of chopped or sliced onion
One tablespoon of olive oil
One tablespoon of Italian spice
One teaspoon of either freshly minced garlic or garlic powder
One teaspoon of optional paprika
To taste, add salt and pepper.

Set oven temperature to 400F.
All the ingredients should be combined and thoroughly mixed in a large bowl or ziplock bag.
Cut two 12 by 12 inch (about) aluminium foil squares, then arrange them on a sheet pan. To create a tight seal, place half of the mixture on each foil sheet and gently fold the foil over the
ingredients.
Bake the chicken for 20 minutes, or until it is thoroughly done. Accompany with noodles or rice on the side.

Combine 1 teaspoon each of dried oregano, marjoram, thyme, and basil; add 1/2 teaspoon each of dry rosemary and sage to produce 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning.
