Rice water has long been praised for its numerous benefits for the skin, from acting as a natural toner to balancing sebum production. However, what many don’t realize is that rice water can also help shrink enlarged pores by acting as an astringent. In today’s post, I’ll guide you through a 3-step rice water treatment that will help tighten and minimize your pores, leaving your skin smoother and clearer. But before you begin, make sure to cleanse your face with a gentle face wash to remove dirt and impurities.
Step #1: Toning with Rice Water
Ingredients:
. Overnight soaked rice water
. 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera Gel
. 1 tablespoon Rose Water
Instructions:
In a clean bottle, pour half a cup of overnight soaked rice water.
Add 1 tablespoon of rose water and 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel to the rice water.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Soak a clean cotton pad with this toner and gently dab it on your face.
Allow the toner to dry naturally on your skin. This step will help cleanse the pores, balance oil production, and prepare your skin for the next treatment.
. Tip: This toner can be used daily to maintain healthy, balanced skin.
