Recipe Ideas:
Simple Pancakes:
Mix the egg, yogurt, flour and a little sugar in a bowl until you get a smooth dough.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and place small portions of the dough to fry on both sides.
Serve with fruit, honey or chocolate sauce.
Mini Pizzas:
Roll out the pancake dough on a floured surface.
Add tomato sauce, grated cheese and your favorite ingredients (ham, oregano, olives).
