Are you dealing with stubborn grease stains on your kitchen cabinets? You’re not alone! During a recent deep cleaning of my kitchen, I discovered small grease spots on the cabinets above my stove, possibly a fallout from a not-so-successful donut experiment. While the cupcakes turned out delicious, the kitchen aftermath was quite messy. Traditional soap and water proved ineffective against the stubborn grease.

How to Remove Grease from Kitchen Cabinets?

In my quest for a solution, I explored various methods on Pinterest. However, I hesitated to use abrasive techniques that might damage the cabinet finish. Drawing on my positive experiences with baking soda as a mild cleaner, I decided to create a paste for grease removal and restore my cabinets to their former glory.

Before diving in, it’s crucial to test the paste in a small, inconspicuous area of your cabinet, especially if your cabinets have a shiny finish or are older. My cabinets, with a light color and matte finish, haven’t shown any adverse effects.
