All this makes our workshop window an open invitation for flies. We closed the windows, hung mosquito nets and fabric scraps over the doors. We put up sticky tapes on the ceiling, which quickly filled with flies.
We tried “Dichlorvos Terminator,” but it was ineffective. We also used the “Svernytay Gazeta” method, but the flies kept coming back.
Then I remembered the clove oil concentrate we bought at the Nikitsky Botanical Garden. Unlike the diluted oils on the market, this was highly concentrated.
I sprayed this mixture on the curtains, nets, and screens, and placed cotton balls with the oil around the windows. And after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes… the flies disappeared!
