Instructions:
1. In the evening, boil an egg until fully cooked. Let it cool, then peel it.
2. Use a fork to gently poke small holes all over the egg.
3. Place the egg in a glass or small container, and pour in enough malic acid (or apple cider vinegar) to fully cover it.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
Next Morning:
Remove the egg and eat it first thing on an empty stomach.
Follow with a glass of warm water.
Repeat daily for several days.
After about a week, consider having your blood sugar levels checked again to see if there’s any improvement.
