- 2 lemons 🍋
- A small piece of fresh ginger root (about 1–2 inches) 🌱
- A few sprigs of fresh rosemary 🌿
- Optional: hot water and honey 🍯
Instructions:
- Juice the lemons using a manual juicer.
- Grate or slice the ginger thinly.
- Boil 2–3 cups of water, then remove from heat.
- Add the ginger and rosemary into the hot water.
- Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and add the fresh lemon juice.
- Optional: add honey for sweetness.
- Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Note:
This drink may help support respiratory health, thanks to the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of lemon, ginger, and rosemary. However, it cannot “clean” lungs like shown in the picture—quitting smoking, exercising, and medical care are key to improving lung health.
