INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C) for 3 minutes using the air fry/air crisp setting.
Once preheated, lightly spray oil into each ramekin and rub it around the edges using your finger or a food brush.
Pour 3–4 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.
Gently crack one egg into each ramekin.
Place the ramekins directly in the air fryer basket or tray.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you want the yolks (see doneness chart below, if available).
Remove the ramekins carefully from the air fryer.
Use a rubber spatula to gently release the eggs. If needed, run a knife around the edge to loosen them.
Serve the eggs on toast or a plate. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
