1. Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.

2. Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and salt.
Gradually add the flour, whisking until smooth and lump-free.
Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously until the batter is smooth.
Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes at room temperature to help with puffing.

3. Heat the Oil
Place silicone muffin molds or Yorkshire pudding trays in the air fryer basket.
Pour ½–1 teaspoon of vegetable oil or beef drippings into each mold.
Heat the oil in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes, until it’s very hot and sizzling.

4. Cook the Yorkshire Puddings
Once the oil is hot, carefully pour the batter into the molds, filling them about halfway. The hot oil helps the batter rise and creates crispy edges.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes without opening the air fryer. The puddings should puff up and turn golden brown.
Do not open the air fryer during cooking, as this can cause them to deflate.

5. Serve
Once cooked, remove the Yorkshire puddings from the air fryer and serve them immediately with roast beef, gravy, or your favorite meal.

Tips

Rest the Batter: Letting it rest for 20–30 minutes gives the puddings their signature airy texture.

Hot Oil: Make sure the oil is sizzling before pouring in the batter.

Don’t Overfill: Fill molds only halfway to give the puddings space to rise.

Variations

Herb-Infused: Add a pinch of dried herbs like thyme or rosemary to the batter for extra flavor.

Cheesy Yorkshire Puddings: Stir in a small amount of grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese for a cheesy twist.
