Prepare the Apples
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with a tablespoon of sugar and set aside.
Make the Batter
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda,
and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and
ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the sliced apples.
