- 1 large aloe vera leaf
- 1 cup of water or natural fruit juice (like orange or apple juice for flavor)
Instructions:
- Cut the aloe vera leaf and wash it thoroughly to remove any dirt or latex sap (the yellowish part beneath the skin).
- Slice the leaf open lengthwise and scoop out the clear gel with a spoon.
- Add the gel to a blender with water or fruit juice and blend until smooth.
