Instructions:**
**Marinate the Beef:**
– In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper.
– Coat beef cubes and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
**Prepare the Sauce:**
– Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
**Cook the Beef:**
– Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
– Stir-fry beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
**Stir-Fry the Garlic & Rice:**
– Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet.
– Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
– Add cooked rice, breaking up clumps, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
**Combine & Finish:**
– Pour the sauce over the rice and mix well.
– Add cooked beef back in and toss to combine.
– Stir in chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
**Serve & Enjoy:**
– Garnish with extra green onions. Serve hot and dig in!
