Supplies Required:
- Vaseline (petroleum jelly)
- Microfiber cloth
- Very fine steel wool
- Gloves (optional but recommended)
Directions:
- Wear Gloves (Optional): If your skin is sensitive, it’s a good idea to wear gloves.
- Apply Vaseline: Put a small amount of Vaseline on a soft cloth. Remember, a little goes a long way.
- Rub the Surface: Rub the cloth with Vaseline over the surface of your stove. The Vaseline will help to soften and remove the grease stains.
- Use Fine Steel Wool: For tougher marks or stains, gently scrub the area with very fine steel wool. Be careful not to press too hard to avoid scratching the surface.
- Wipe Clean: Use a soft cloth to wipe away any remaining Vaseline and grease. You’ll notice the surface becomes clean and glossy.
- Repeat if Necessary: Repeat this process as many times as needed, especially for older or more stubborn stains.
