3. Assemble the Torta
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 24cm cake tin with baking paper.
Pour the batter into the tin and evenly distribute the apple slices over the surface.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon for a golden and fragrant crust.
4. Baking
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
