Directions:
1. Clean the artichokes and cut them into wedges.
2. Cook in a pan with the chopped onion and a drizzle of oil for 15-20 minutes.
3. Pour a couple of spoonfuls of béchamel sauce onto the bottom of a baking tray.
4. Make a layer with sliced boiled potatoes.
5. Top with artichokes, pork or bacon, diced mozzarella and grated cheese.
6. Repeat to create another layer, then finish with some breadcrumbs.
7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
