Ingredients:
°2 lb tater tots
°16 ounces of soft cream cheese
°2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, shredded
°1 cup sour cream
°1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
°2 cups Mexican cheese
°6 chopped green onions
°6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and greased 9″ x 13″ baking dish well.
Place the tater tots in the bottom of the casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crispy and crumbly.
Combine sour cream, half the bacon bits, 1 1/2 cups cheese, half the green onions and jalapeño peppers in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Adding chicken to the mixture.
Spread mixture over tater tots and sprinkle with remaining cheese, green onions and bacon.
Bake 20 more minutes.
