Mix: Combine quinoa, chickpeas, onion mix, walnuts, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, spices, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Shape: Form 1 oz (30g) balls and place on a greased or lined baking sheet.
Bake: Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
