1. Prepare the Filling:

  • Cook the Eggs:
    • Place 4 eggs in a pot, fill with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
    • Cool the eggs, peel, and chop them.
  • Mix the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, 150 grams chopped green onions, 100 grams grated cheese, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt.
    • Mix well until thoroughly combined.

2. Prepare the Batter:

  • Mix the Batter:
    • In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs.
    • Add 250 grams Greek yogurt and mix well.
    • Stir in 100 grams rice flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.

3. Assemble the Casserole:

  • Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish:
    • Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
    • Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Layer the Casserole:
    • Pour half of the batter into the greased baking dish.
    • Spread the prepared filling evenly over the batter.
    • Pour the remaining batter over the filling, spreading it evenly.
  • Garnish:
    • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.

4. Bake the Casserole:

  • Bake:
    • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.

5. Serve:
