Season it with a dash of oil
Step 7
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan
Step 8
Season it with a pinch of salt
Step 9
Season with ground pepper and bake for fifteen minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Step 10
Remove the radicchio from the oven when it is not yet golden brown on the surface
Step 11
Once ready, you can serve it as a side dish by adding another dash of oil, depending on your taste.
Advice:
You can enrich the fried radicchio by adding other ingredients: flaked almonds, walnuts and breadcrumbs, to obtain a nice gratin, or even diced provola, scamorza or asiago, for an irresistible fibrous effect.
Storage:
Baked radicchio can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days, sealed in a special airtight container.
