Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
2. Arrange a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries over the crust.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream and continue to beat until the mixture is creamy.
4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer. Add another layer of bananas and strawberries, then cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
5. Warm the strawberry jam until it is slightly runny, then drizzle over the top of the cheesecake.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
