Bedbugs can quickly turn into a nightmare, spreading fast and becoming difficult to control. Fortunately, one of the most effective natural remedies may already be in your home or garden: lavender.
Lavender: A Natural Bedbug Repellent
Lavender essential oil is well known for its antiparasitic properties. Its strong fragrance works as a natural deterrent to bedbugs. If you grow lavender in your garden, scatter sprigs in the corners of rooms to repel them. For those sensitive to essential oils, lavender branches work just as well.
How to Use Lavender Essential Oil Spray
Fill a spray bottle with 50 ml of water
Add 15 drops of lavender essential oil
Shake well and spray in areas where bedbugs hide
For stronger results, mix lavender oil with other essential oils for a multi-action spray.
