- Olive oil: For sautéing
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 4 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 200 grams of diced tomatoes
- Green onions, parsley, and minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of corn (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of flour
Instructions:
1. Cook the Rice:
- Heat a few drops of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the rice and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it starts to turn golden.
- Add 2 cups of boiling water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until the rice is fully cooked and the water is absorbed.
