For the dough:
500 g of 00 flour
7 g of dry brewer’s yeast (or 25 g of fresh yeast)
80 g of granulated
sugar 250 ml of warm milk
2 eggs
80 g of soft
butter 1 pinch of salt
For the filling and decoration:
Jam (apricot, raspberry or of your choice)
Powdered sugar or granulated sugar for garnish
Seed oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare the dough:
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar and let it rest for 10 minutes until a light foam forms.
