Assemble: Spoon a dollop of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each pastry square.
Bake: Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Icing: In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with a little milk to make a thick icing. Drizzle over the warm pastries once slightly cooled.
