Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sear chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove from pan.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and parmesan. Simmer.
Return chicken to the pan, cook for 5 minutes. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs (or drumsticks)
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken in the flour mixture. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Garlic Butter Roast Chicken
A juicy whole roasted chicken with a golden, buttery garlic crust.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs)
4 tbsp butter (melted)
5 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt & pepper
1 lemon (halved)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub chicken with butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stuff with lemon halves.
Roast for 1 hour 20 minutes, basting with pan juices every 30 minutes.
Rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Ingredients:
12 chicken wings
½ cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
Bake or fry chicken wings until crispy.
In a pan, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes, and cornstarch. Cook until thick.
Toss wings in the sauce. Serve hot!
