Boston Cream Pie Cookie Bites
Ingredients :
Cookies:
• 250 ml softened butter
• 250 ml sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 700 ml all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 125 ml salt
Cream filling:
• 250 ml of milk
• 60 ml of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
• 60 ml of salt
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Chocolate topping:
• 250 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 125 ml heavy cream
