Ingredients :
600 g white fish (lotte, cod)
1 liter of fish smoke
2 potatoes, cut into cubes
1 fennel, chopped off
1 pinch of saffron
2 cloves of garlic
2 egg yolks
150 ml of olive oil
1 bouquet garni
Sel, poivre
Preparation:
1. Preparation of vegetables and fish:
In a cooking pot, heat the fish smoke with the garnished bouquet. Add the fennel, potatoes and saffron. Bake for 15 minutes.
