Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water (about 110°F or 45°C)
2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for brushing)
1/4 cup yogurt (optional, for extra tenderness)
1 egg (for brushing on top, optional)
Sesame seeds (optional, for sprinkling)
