Heat the oven to 350º F and lightly grease two loaf pans measuring 9×5 inches with butter or non-stick spray.
Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a big bowl or mixer. Then, add eggs and vanilla one by one and beat them in.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Slowly combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones, stirring until they are just mixed together.
Put a quarter of the batter into each greased baking dish. Put ¼ cup of caramel topping on the batter and swirl it around, making sure to avoid the edges of the pan.
Carefully pour the rest of the batter over the caramel layers.
Put in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Take out of the oven and allow to cool before serving. Have fun!
