Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, boil the milk and add the yeast. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar until the mixture becomes foamy. Add the melted butter and milk with the activated yeast, then mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour to the wet mixture, mixing until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous dough. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour at room temperature for it to rise.
4. Preheat your waffle maker and grease the plates lightly.
5. Pour a small amount of batter on each waffle pan, making sure not to overfill, as the batter will inflate. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until waffles are golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve the brioche waffles immediately, accompanied with icing sugar, fresh fruit, jam or melted chocolate.

Rest time : 1 hour
Cooking time: 3-5 minutes per waffle
Total time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Servings: 4 to 6 waffles
